Day 1: Gaining Wait (Improving Our Patience)
We live in a “right now”, “quick fix” society. So it’s normal to get frustrated when we start a journey and the results are slow to come.
We quit, we give up and we doubt our capabilities. But if something is worth reaching for, it is going to take time…..and patience.
So today, we are going to focus on “gaining wait”. We often lose our patience when it gets to seeing results so we do what any normal person would do, we go back to our old ways and habits. Our health must take a priority in our lives. That includes meditation, walking more, and even changing one small thing in how we eat. A healthy mom is a #positivemom!
